Where do you manufacture your products?

All our products are made in Switzerland, the land of cheese and chocolate. Currently, we product in the canton of Bern and Fribourg.

What about the ingredients of your products?

All our products are based on natural ingredients (more than 90%). We are working hard to have our whole range of products 100% natural in 2020. Our ingredients are on the corresponding product pages. If you have any further questions, please email us at info@qaveman.com.

How do I keep up to date with your new products and offers?

Easy, just subscribe to our newsletter and get a 10% discount on your first purchase.

Do you test on animals?

Qaveman is a cruelty-free skincare company. We test our products on us, not on animals.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Sure, we ship globally. Shipping is free in Switzerland and Europe.

What is your return policy?

We are sure that you will love our products. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will find a solution.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We are making sure that our packages leave our office in 48h but the delivery time depends on your country of residence.

Delivery time: 2-3 workdays in CH (up to 5 in EU).
